I know I am not the only person whodoes this, so I feel it is very important to have a work force that helps marketyour products, by being friendly and knowledgeable. This will prevent customersfrom turning away from your products and services. Ask your workers if theywould recommend your product or service to their family and friends. If yourpeople lack confidence in your company, you need to find out why and fix it.You necessitate them to be proud to use your product or service so they can convey thisfeeling to the customers.Some of the things that turn off consumers are desire lines and employeeswho dont pay attention or just go through the motions. Rudeness, impat ience,and judgmental remarks are very damaging to your company image. Workers who arepoorly trained or dont know about your product or service serve no purpose andlet down customers. Lies, dishonesty, and promises that are broken costcompanies a disperse of business when you look at the long run. Ask your workers ifthey would recommend your product or service to their family and friends. Ifyour people lack confidence in your company, you need to find out why and fix it.
